Kas de Bruijne ontwierp jarenlang cocktail menu’s voor Michelin sterrenchefs zoals Jonnie Boer en Ron Blaauw. Tjeerd Schravendeel is importeur van innovatieve horeca apparatuur en wereldwijd een bekende naam in de specialty koffie industrie.
Samen begonnen ze Amanti, met als doel: zorgen dat horeca verse cocktails in tien tellen op tafel kan zetten.
Bourbon vanille, vers gebrande specialty coffee, sappige passievruchten en enkel premium spirits.
Dit is een greep uit de mooie ingrediënten waar onze bar specialisten mee werken om in kleine batches de lekkerste cocktails te maken.
