A credit is the unit every plan runs on. Actions cost credits: enriching a contact’s email address, AI scoring, sending a campaign email, registering a domain. Your balance refreshes every month on your plan’s billing day, every movement is logged in the platform, and you add a top-up pack when you need more.
You add a top-up pack, on any plan: 10,000 credits for €350, 50,000 for €1,500 or 200,000 for €5,000, or a custom amount between 100 and 100,000 credits at €0.037 per credit. You can also set an automatic top-up that fires when your balance drops below a threshold you choose.
Sending runs on Re:Shark’s own EU infrastructure. What we store, and for how long, is set out in the privacy statement.
You send from your own domains and mailboxes, registered or linked inside Re:Shark, which sets up DNS, DMARC, DKIM and SPF and runs warm-up and rotation. Plug & Play covers 1 domain with up to 10 mailboxes, Growth 2 domains with up to 20 mailboxes each, Enterprise 4 domains with up to 20 each. You can also connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, limited to ten prospect emails per user per day.
The trial gives you seven days with 750 credits, 50 free enrichments, one seat and one domain. After that you decide whether to continue on a paid plan; nothing is charged until you do. Which plan fits is shown during the trial and on this page, and your Re:Shark contact is happy to walk you through it.
