Bluespar brings over 25 years of operational and commercial experience in global supply chains and combines it with sustainability expertise.

Over time we have seen sustainability entering business conversations — through customer and financial stakeholder expectations, through regulation, and through broader societal expectations.

Inevitably this creates tension, especially when regulatory, commercial and operational requirements pull in different directions.

Add to this the fact that companies are used to managing risk to the business, and often lesser equipped to understand their impact on people and the environment. Most of that exposure doesn't sit inside the organisation either; it sits in supply chains, where visibility is limited and control is indirect.

We believe the best reaction is integration: sustainability embedded in existing business processes, and risk management that looks outward as well as inward.
