Founded in New York in 2003, Dynamic Credit is headquartered in Amsterdam.

Dynamic Credit is one of the leading and most successful European direct lending firms. Dynamic Credit manages (securities of) loans of others and its own proprietary lending. Dynamic Credit has over €10 billion committed assets under management and has originated over 70.000 loans.

The team of experts at Dynamic Credit has extensive experience valuing, sourcing, creating and managing alternative fixed income products.

In 2015, Dynamic Credit set up the first online mortgage distribution platform of the Netherlands (bijBouwe). In 2019, Dynamic launched the 'Dynamic Verhuurhypotheek', a buy-to-let mortgage for consumers. In August 2017, Dynamic Credit launched the Dynamic Credit Funds ICAV, an Irish AIFM regulated fund umbrella.

In 2022, BNP Paribas Asset Management became a majority shareholder, which saw Dynamic Credit join their Private Debt & Real Assets investment division as an independent entity under the leadership of CEO and founder Tonko Gast, extending Dynamic Credit’s distribution networks across Europe.
