Het (FSC) is een wetenschappelijk instituut verbonden aan de School of Catholic Theology (TST) van Tilburg University. Het FSC verzorgt publicaties, colleges, cursussen en studiedagen over franciscaanse spiritualiteit en geschiedenis. Als wetenschappelijk expertise- en adviescentrum richt het zich daarbij onder meer op maatschappelijke vraagstukken, en staat het ten dienste van diverse maatschappelijke, religieuze en commerciële instellingen. De komende jaren houdt het FSC zich vooral bezig met de franciscaanse betekenis en actualiteit van de thema's armoede, duurzaamheid, leiderschap en zorg.

The Franciscan Study Center (Het Franciscaans Studiecentrum, FSC) is a scientific institute connected to the School of Catholic Theology (TST) of Tilburg University. The FSC offers publications, classes, courses and seminars about franciscan spirituality and history. As a scientific expertise and advisory centre it focuses on current social and spiritual issues, and serves various social, religious and commercial institutions. In the near future, the FSC will concern itself with the Franciscan meaning and application of the themes poverty, sustainability, leadership and care.
