Charles and Varsha both worked in the publishing industry for a number of years in South Africa. Charles majored in English Literature and Linguistics. He worked as a Junior Editor at NB Publishers for four years.

Varsha has a back ground in Political Studies and Law. She is currently completing her MBA. She worked at Jonathan Ball Publishers as a Digital Marketer and was a copywriter before that.
