About Harmona

Harmona is an academic startup researching how agentic AI can support behaviour change in chronic care. Our work focuses on modelling the daily psychosocial and practical determinants of self-management, and translating them into personalised, adaptive behavioural coaching for patients.

We combine behavioural science with AI to bridge the gap between what clinical guidelines recommend and what patients can realistically sustain in daily life.
