We bridge the quality issue gap in EV battery diagnostics by providing you with a complete picture. Our proprietary, non-invasive X-Ray/CT (Computed Tomography) scanner, designed for comprehensive analysis of complete EV battery packs, is seamlessly integrated with advanced machine learning (ML) software. We assess the State of Integrity (SoI) of an EV battery pack down to 100 micron, which refers to physical faults such as torn wires, leakages, swollen cells and more within and in between the cells. This innovative technology enables rapid detection and analysis of microscopic physical faults with exceptional accuracy.
