Sociocratisch Centrum Nederland combineert middels SKM hiërarchie en zelforganisatie, zodat je de vruchten plukt van beide. Sleutel hiertoe is gelijkwaardigheid bij de besluitvorming: elk argument telt. Sinds 1978 helpt het Sociocratisch Centrum organisaties deze unieke sociale innovatie te gebruiken.
