There are 3 areas to the Foundation level: * Digital readiness - based on the IT-CMF core critical capabilities * Skill set for the Digital Transformation Leader * Business Service Design for Digital Transformation

This qualification is aimed at individuals who recognize the need for and promote Digital Transformation Initiatives as part of wider change initiatives within their organization. Some roles which may benefit from this knowledge include;
