Upgrading cheese An important process at Kasi Food is separating natural cheese from packaging material and cheese rinds which is then followed by pasteurisation to give the cheese a new life. In that way, we prevent waste of high quality products. A sustainable mode of operation is an important core value for Kasi Food.

Kasi food also produces Enzyme Modified Dairy/Cheese, culinary butters and a variety of cheese specialities. Kasi Food is a parrt of the Lekkerkerker Group.
