Executive search is the strength of Maes & Lunau. Raoul Maes and Eric Lunau founded the firm in 1978. It was a logical step. The two McKinsey Consultants had been receiving requests for years to also provide top candidates alongside their advice.

Maes & Lunau now has seven senior consultants, highly experienced professionals from the corporate and public sectors. Together with a team of highly competent researchers and very capable assistants, they achieve numerous successful placements.
