My-Pro onderzoekt de haalbaarheid om stikstofreststromen uit luchtwassers van stallucht en/of mestverwerking op het boerenerf te gebruiken als stikstofbron voor de productie van eiwit voor diervoedertoepassingen. Als koolstofbron wordt snoepsiroop, een reststroom uit de veehouderij gebruikt. Het unieke is dat wij lokale laagwaardige reststromen op locatie met een kleinschalig, maar robuust proces omzetten naar hoogwaardig eiwit.
