About New Dawn Capital

New Dawn Capital is an early stage investment fund, with a sole focus on plant-based foods. Besides investing, New Dawn Capital is able to contribute to startups by advising on positioning, strategy and channel development, consumer target groups, branding and communication.

Both founders Maarten Scheepens and Silla Scheepens (brother and sister) have a solid background in Strategy, Marketing and Brand having worked for consumer driven companies such as Nestlé, Unilever, WWF, Rituals and Bugaboo. Both are also active in the startup ecosystem as investment committee member, mentor, judge, advisor and lector.
