NextFem Leaders is a career development and leadership coaching platform created to support women in corporate lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Founded by ICF-certified coach Isabel Fonseca, with 13+ years of international experience in finance and leadership, we help women succeed professionally without compromising who they are. We believe that sweet, kind, introverted, spiritual, and empathetic women are strong leaders—and that it’s time to redefine what leadership looks like.

Through our signature 1:1 coaching program, Becoming HER, we guide ambitious women through strategic career transitions, leadership growth, and mindset breakthroughs. Our clients experience promotions, job offers, renewed purpose, and—most importantly—empowerment from within.

We blend practical tools with holistic approaches—drawing from coaching, NLP, positive psychology, and mindfulness—creating a powerful journey of self-leadership and transformation.
