The present restaurant in the centuries-old Château Bethlehem was once a refectory and lecture hall. Talented designer Leon de Lange has transformed it into a modern restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious three- or four-course menu accompanied by a fine selection of wines.

In L’Étoile, students serve the most delicious seasonal dishes that they have carefully prepared with local ingredients. Their knowledge of products, taste combinations and cooking techniques results in an innovative menu that is regularly changed.
