Leaders in sport are facing a global revolution. Societal- and health shifts are transforming sports organizations, while creating new opportunities for sport to be part of societal solutions. And we need leaders that can address these changes. We believe it’s never been more important for the leaders of global sport, business and society to work together to maximize our collective potential and help create a better future for the world. Our goal therefore is to create a generation of sports leaders who have a global view, a strong sense of community and who lead from their heart, as well as their head.
