I believe in art as sustainable strategy to create change. Art is an authentic strategy, which can be optimized for inspiring and dragging people out of inertia and help them break out crystalized thinking. Moreover, it is a unique tool for alternative communication development as well as improvement of corporate social policy, ethics and team stability. I find art imperative for entrepreneurs the same way entrepreneurial abilities are substantive for artists. Therefore, I would like to implement movement training into companies training curriculum as well as in human resource selection procedures.
