Mercedes Diesel Claims by The Emission Claim Foundation are seeking justice in the Netherlands on behalf of people like you. Following an investigation, we believe that Mercedes-Benz deliberately adjusted the amount of nitrogen oxide produced from its ‘clean’ diesel vehicles to pass regulatory tests. In real-life driving conditions, however, it is our case that the emissions from these diesel vehicles were far above the Euro 5 and 6 maximum levels, causing harm. The Emission Foundation are bringing a case against Mercedes-Benz on all vehicles that may have been affected – including owners and lessees of Mercedes diesel vehicles.
