For years we are the client's sparring partner, and focused on delivering goals. These results are achieved with a team with over 25 years of work experience in IT sourcing. This include: - Sourcing strategy - Selection and contracting - Contract lifcycle management - IT cost optimisation - ITSM implementations

We realise the objectives in line with the (changing) business needs and market technological developments.

We use a pragmatic and purpose-driven approach to achieve this: no big bundle of papers, but sharing knowledge and expertise together with my clients, to realise concrete and achievable goals.

In recent years, we have worked for various companies (ASICS, Hunkemöller, NCOI, Action, Eneco, Ewals Cargo Care, Renewi, Ziut, de Alliantie, Centraal Boekhuis, ANWB, Holland Casino, Novamedia, Port of Rotterdam, Thales, Rabobank) and government organisations (municipality, province and ministry).
