Het speerpunt van Women in Welding is een diverse en inclusieve community binnen de technische sector te creëren, met als doelstelling het structurele tekort aan lassers aan te pakken.
Het aandeel van vrouwen in de technische beroepen ligt onder de 15%. De vraag naar lassers is daarentegen explosief gestegen in 2020.
Women in Welding biedt een NIL erkende opleiding met baangarantie. Dit doen wij in samenwerking met Lasschool Nederland.
