BODYSHAKE International is a provider of group fitness program. We delivers a functional and result based 45 minutes group-fitness class. We are changing bodies in the Netherlands and looking forward to expand. Health investigation studies show that 23% of the population have back problems from an average of 3 months a year. The solution to the #1 health problem is functional training of the core. We provide an innovative and effective core training with great music for passionate instructors who want to change lives everywhere and every time. With inspiring and exhilarating module trainings and workouts we want more clubs to join and get more members making this workout a part of their regular fitness routine.
