Son en Breugel, 31 January 2017 – As of 1 February 2017, the Eindhoven branch of Hollarts Plastic Group BV, previously Elhi Polymer Moulding, will fall under the umbrella of Alligator Plastics BV, which is based in in Son en Breugel. This acquisition is the logical next step for the intensive, long-term partnership that exists between both companies and move Alligator Plastics BV closer towards the achievement of its growth ambitions.

The Hollarts Plastic Group (HPG) entered into discussions with Alligator for strategic reasons. This will facilitate the smooth transfer of all operational affairs and customers, etc.
