Folkcorn plays early Dutch and Flemish folkmusic, traditional World Music of The Netherlands, from the years 1400 - 1900. Folkcorn, founded in 1973, has produced 3 LP's and 3 CD's, and has given many concerts in The Netherlands and abroad. Among others, Folkcorn plays at mediaeval banquets, in historical processions, at wine tasting and beer festivals, and at schools and colleges, explaining the instruments, music and lyrics.
