GEMCO ENGINEERS B.V. counts for well over 45 years of experience in the foundry industry. Together with our sister company KNIGHT WENDLING GmbH we offer dedicated foundry solutions for iron, steel, aluminum and all other castable metals.

Extensive know-how in a wide variety of forming processes such as Greensand Moulding, Die Casting, No Bake Moulding, Gravity Casting, Precision Sand Casting, High Pressure Die Casting and the Lost Foam Process already enabled us to engineer, manage and realize foundry projects worldwide, including the realization of over 100 Greenfield and Brownfield foundries. Our complete range of services include: process- and feasibility studies, (concept-) engineering, design, planning of complete new foundries, project management, general contracting and turnkey realization of foundry projects. GEMCO is an independent company and provides for the latest technology in engineering and design process tools, such as simulation of foundry logistics and 3D modeling with an emphasis on Efficiency, Energy and Environment. GEMCO also offers development of tailor made special machines for foundry applications.
