Healthy Yoga, the Power of Selfcare, provides workshops with external experts who are specialised in a certain subject related to the care of ourselves. Also these online programs are about te be released.

Healthy Yoga, collects data of physical wellbeing related to yoga-practise via questionnaires along The Netherlands. The collected data is used to inform yoga teachers about the outcomes.
