HKS specialises in the recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and electrical scrap to produce high-quality raw materials for metal producers worldwide. HKS also acts as an intermediary between supplier and buyer. Thanks to over 100 years of experience, HKS has developed a high level of knowledge within its own specialist field and can therefore offer a complete solution for the processing of your metal waste.

HKS organises metal recycling in the broadest sense of the word. It looks after the complete recovery of your metal waste and attunes its procedures to your organisation. The focus is on short lines of communication and a transparent and socially responsible way of working right across the organisation. HKS uses the latest innovative techniques to achieve an extremely high level of recycling. Its aim is to reduce waste to zero.

The head office of HKS is based in Moerdijk. It has branches in Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Eindhoven, Hengelo, Zwartsluis, Moerdijk, Nijmegen, Middelburg, Geel (Belgium) and Dagenham (UK) and processes more than 1 million tonnes of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. All branches hold the ISO 9001:2008 (quality) certificate, the ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management) certificate and the CSR Performance Ladder Level 3 certificate.
