In-Line Blending means that directly after the sand is cut into 2 or 3 fractions, a part of the fraction or fractions can be fed back to the main stream of sand.

With a software program the blend can very specifically be controlled, independent of the raw material. The one or two fractions are shortly stored in a inline buffer tank.

From this buffer tank the sand fraction is mixed back into the main sand stream.

The surplus of one fraction will be dewatered and stored.

With the computer control system you can produce a wide range of particle size distributions. Up to 50 recipes can be stored.

In-Line Blending has the following advantages:

Much more constant end product than a horizontal classifying tank. Less investment than a recipe sand plant. Easy to use control system.
