Jacob Fields is a Dutch Folk singer based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. He is driven by a love and interest for Literature, words and awing, subliminal nature. Jacob Fields is the pseudonym of Dutch singer/guitarist Thijs Grootveld, frontman of Alternative Rock band Thomson’s Lamp. After recording and performing within the circuit of bands for a while, he started to long for a more personal and intimate way to share his music; Jacob Fields.
