As a freelance 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, designer, and 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐫 with over 20 years of experience, I help teams and clients make sense of complex challenges—often with a simple 𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫. My passion lies in uncovering how people interact with products, services, and each other, and translating those insights into clear, actionable 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬.

I believe in the 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠—not as art, but as a tool for 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Whether it’s visualizing user journeys, mapping out processes, or clarifying ideas in a workshop, I use 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 to make the invisible visible and foster better collaboration.

Alongside my UX work, I run the 𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩: a hands-on, two-session course designed to help you build a 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭, boost your creativity, and develop your own visual style. You don’t need to be an artist—just curious about how simple drawings can unlock new ways of thinking, both 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲. The workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to capture 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, reflect visually, or bring more creativity and clarity to personal life or work.
