In Europe, Cromwell manages €3.9 billion of real estate assets across a variety of funds and mandates, encompassing over 165 assets and 1,560 tenants. Cromwell’s strength lies in its real estate expertise drawn from 200+ people in 14 local offices across 12 European countries.

The Benelux region is looked after by 37 staff in 2 offices in Amsterdam and Luxembourg. The local team manages a total of €965 million AUM, spread across the Office (80%), Logistics (11.5%) and Light-Industrial (8.5%) sectors. The portfolio comprises 19 assets let to more than 230+ tenants.
