The Studentenorganisatie Groningen (SOG) is an organisation, comprised of active student who devote themselves to looking after your interests within the University of Groningen. If you have questions about, or critique on education, student facilities, accommodation, or other issues regarding the University, you contact us. SOG looks after the interests of every student by representing them in the University Council. Whether from the right or the left of the spectrum: everyone should feel at home at SOG. The University Council Faction decides in consultation with the Board of the University about the policy of the University. Additionally, the association organises activities for all university students which relate to subjects as co-governance, the University, accommodation, and politics. Because: it's more than just studying.
