You are an entrepreneur, director / manager in the Fashion & Lifestyle Industry. A world full of movement and with fast market developments and trends. How does your organization deal with the opportunities and risks?

We solve that together. We draw up a strategy and business case of an action plan. I support with interim or project management, training and coaching of the management and the employees involved, and provide handles with regard to digitization where a lot of time is saved. Besides I'll helicopter view the whole process without losing the end goal. The insight and structure create a lot of peace and create space for other creative processes.

Through the (18) years I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills at BESTSELLER (OBJECT collectors item) and JOSH V BV and, even more importantly, achieved very good results.

When implementing any changes, I assume a learning organization and strive as much as possible for knowledge transfer, knowledge that I keep up-to-date and up-to-date on a daily basis.

I also sincerely believe that 'the power of success'​ is connected with a good reliable team with a goal-oriented vision. But also with a bit of luck, positivity, gustfactor and 'chance encounters'​ going away.

In addition, I work daily with strong sincere, established relationships based on trust and mutual respect to achieve the ultimate goal: Profitable companies.
